Budget guitar... laminated top (with a spruce cap), laminated mahogany sides... probably best to detune a semitone for a slightly warmer tone and take the stress off the bridge. Open strip tuners, set and hope... Useful guitar for a beginner if setup to a reasonable level... buy something better once you can play a bit!
